Can you hold a property before I apply?
No. Our properties are rented on a first-come, first-served basis with a fully completed application and required fees. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible to secure the rental. -
What do I need to pay before moving in?
Move-in costs vary. In some cases, additional security deposits may be requested. These terms will be outlined during the application process. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Applicants must be at least 18 years old or of legal age to enter into a lease agreement. -
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes. The deposit is refundable as long as all lease terms are met, the property is returned in good condition beyond normal wear and tear, and there are no outstanding charges.Who needs a cosigner?
A cosigner may be required if your application does not meet income, credit, or rental history qualifications. Cosigners must be financially qualified and will need to sign a guarantor agreement.How do I apply for a rental property?
Applications can be submitted online through our website (preferred) or in person. You’ll need to complete the application form, pay the application fee, and provide documentation like income verification and photo ID.How do I pay rent?
Rent payments can be made online through your tenant portal or by check or money order, depending on the payment methods allowed for your property.What if I want to get a pet?
Always check your lease first. Some properties allow pets with an additional deposit or monthly pet rent, while others have restrictions. Management approval is required before bringing a pet onto the property.

What if I want to move out but my roommate wants to stay?
All tenants on the lease are jointly responsible for its full term. If one tenant wants to stay, they may need to qualify on their own or find an approved replacement tenant, subject to management approval.What should I do if my lease is ending and I plan to move out?
Refer to your lease for the required written notice period — typically 30 days. Submit your notice to vacate in writing before the deadline to avoid penalties.Who handles maintenance and repair issues?
We handle all routine maintenance and repairs. However, tenants are responsible for damage caused by neglect or misuse. All requests should be submitted promptly through your tenant portal.
